Level 2 Survey (Homebuyer)

Our bespoke Level 2 Survey reports are aimed at home buyers, purchasing properties small to medium in size and built since the the early 1900's.

Level 3 Survey (Building)

Previously known as a Building Survey, this survey is recommended for complex , older properties that are in poor condition or very large in size.

Private valuations

Valuations are often required for a number of different reasons. We offer valuations as a standalone service and also in addition to Level 2 or 3 Surveys, all conducted by RICS registered valuers.

Help-to-buy valuations

If you are part of the Help-to-buy scheme, you will require an independant valuation when you sell the house or repay the loan.

Energy report

Drone survey

Our drone surveys allow us to gain a detailed view of areas that are not normally visible from ground level. Drone surveys can be an addition to home surveys or an independent service.
